Network cabling affects seven elements of network speed:
Element 1, integrated wiring design
When designing the wiring, it is necessary to design the switch, especially the status of the main switch, the popular super five twisted pair cable, the theoretical transmission interval does not exceed 100 meters, the practice is about 95 meters (including the two ends of the connection line) Cable), so when the switch is installed, it is necessary to take the minimum interval as the status of the device switch.
The switches are cascaded to extend the transmission interval of the twisted pair. This does not mean that the network cable can extend indefinitely. After the switch is cascaded four, there is no signal guarantee and the transmission quality is lost. Therefore, in the time of integrated wiring design, it is necessary to think about the transmission interval problem of the network transmission medium. The farther the interval, the larger the signal loss and the lower the transmission quality.
Element 2, routing equipment selection
When we choose the routing device, we can choose three kinds of physical server, hardware router and software routing. According to my actual situation, I can choose the appropriate routing equipment.
The lowest technical content is the physical server. Ordinary 2008 or 2012 is used as the physical server. There is also a problem that cannot be ignored. Ordinary use of 2008 as a physical server, the use of sharing methods, this is very affecting network speed.
In addition to the hardware router, the packet forwarding rate is one of the main indicators of routing.
Element 3, strictly follow the wiring rules
The practice of the network cable, most of the wiring construction personnel, freely put the network cable into a line order on the card, which is a big factor affecting the speed of the network. There are two ways to connect the network cable, one is 568A, the other is 568B. The wiring method we often use is 568B. Everyone carefully studied the line sequence and knew why the line order of 568A and 568B can reach the fastest network speed. According to the wiring rules, the exact line order of lines 1 to 8 is: 1 orange white 2 orange 3 green white 4 blue 5 blue white 6 green 7 brown white 8 brown
We used the 1236 line for transmission, the connection method for 568B, the transmission data for lines 1 and 3, and the acceptance for lines 2 and 6. We can look at the twisted pair. The lines 1 and 2 are surrounded, and the current bias is reversed. The disturbance can be offset to achieve the maximum network transmission speed. The same is true for lines 3 and 6.
Element 4, network transmission medium selection
The network transmission medium is a network cable, which is commonly known as a twisted pair. When the network cable is selected, the Category 5 network cable and the Category 6 network cable are now routinely selected. Since 2017, the amount of the Category 6 cable is very large. A good network cable can guarantee the best state in the quantity transmission. In the case of 100 Mbps network and 100 MB network, the files transmitted by the two machines should be normal at around 10 MB. (Note: The network speed is based on "bits" as the speed unit (lower case) "b") instead of "Bytes" (uppercase "B") -100Mb/s network speed = 12.5MB/s)).
Regarding the concept of network transmission speed, the need to do more analysis. The bandwidth of the network we usually refer to, such as 100MB network cable, the complete statement is that the transmission bandwidth of the network cable is 100 megabits per second. We usually say that the hard disk data transmission speed is megabytes. For example, the DMA133 type hard disk has a transmission speed of 133 megabytes per second, and one byte is composed of 8 bits.
Therefore, for our 100MB bandwidth network, the maximum download speed can only reach 12.5MB bytes theoretically, plus network loss, which is about 10MB bytes. Many of us think that the 100MB network, the download speed can reach 100MB, this statement is wrong.
Element 5, the choice of network connection media
The same, as the crystal head connecting the network card and network cable, can not be used too much, some bosses in order to save money, with a few cents a crystal head, the money is saved, invisible, leaving a hidden danger to the network !
The choice of crystal head, RJ45 copper-plated crystal head, the cable is actually the transmission of electrical signals, if the quality of the crystal head is too poor, the formation of poor contact, affecting the transmission results.
Element six, reasonable wiring
When wiring, look at the surrounding interference source, try to prevent the air line and power line from being connected to a trunking. The distance between the strong and weak cables is >200mm in the intelligent specification, but the IT technical standard is found. It is greater than 300mm and the socket distance is greater than 100mm.
Element seven, switch selection
With the application of video and the increasing amount of data exchange, the requirements for network data exchange are getting higher and higher. Therefore, when selecting a switch, it is necessary to select a switch with a fast network speed. With the popularity of the six types of network cables, the exchange must use Gigabit exchange. Reasonable selection of switches can prevent network bottlenecks and greatly improve network transmission quality.
